Helping parents better understand behaviour so they can raise children who are ready for life beyond home.
My Story
I believe some of life's most important lessons begin at home.
Long before I studied behavioural science, psychology or early childhood development, I found myself asking questions about people: why families repeat the same patterns across generations, why some people carry things quietly while others learn to name them, why the people who love each other most sometimes struggle to understand each other.
I've always been the person at the dinner table more interested in why someone said something than what they actually said.
Becoming a mother gave those questions new meaning.
I realised that parenting isn't simply about raising children. It's about shaping future adults. Every conversation, every boundary, every moment of repair contributes to how our children will one day see themselves, build relationships and respond to the world.
That understanding changed the direction of my life, leading me into early childhood development, psychology and behavioural science, and eventually into a career spent alongside parents, children and communities.
I believe lasting change begins with understanding, not judgement or guilt. I don't believe behaviour changes simply because someone tells us what to do. It changes when we create space to understand ourselves first.
My role is to create spaces where people can understand themselves before trying to change themselves.
